I thought you were going to polish the coins to a blank, pure silver finish and then initials or logo of your choice Jimmy, rather than left as a coin ?

Your certainly onto a very interesting project there Jimmy, that`s for sure.

A Dremel Phil but im going to get a router for the next one,s

I was Mark but when i was polishing it up a copper sheen was starting to come through on the coin 

so left it as a coin .

Ebay often sell gun stock ovals which may interest you Jimmy. I know these are not flat but you never know mate when you start to scratch build stocks, they might be handy but not cheap.
