white gums in 7 month old russell

i have a 7 month old pup been feeding on dry doog food and now changed it to fresh tripe today his gums are white ish whot could it be? :(whot a change now changing colour in 4 hrs

White gums is not a good sign, the mucous membranes should be salmon pink. White gums could indicate anemia, shock or somertimes indicate underlying problems such as tumors, don't mean to scare you but i'd say a vet visit is in order.

if the dog was dehydrated it would have pale gums and when it hydrated its self they would be back to normal.
