Why does there have to be equality in everything? Maybe black people don't want to ride bikes. You can't make them do something they don't want to. (Well you could in my day.) 

I suspect there's a low turnout of blacks at KKK meetings too. Won't be long before someone notices.

I think the reason it's not popular with darkies is the white people are generally cycling to and from work......
