Favourite tipple of choice.

In my younger days on a night out i used to drink snakebite or cider, didn't really like the taste of lager and the bloated feeling afterwards. I went through a stage of drinking Kopparberg but that gave me terrible acid.

Nowadays my love for lager has comeback, it's got to be Stella for me. Best lager out there IMO. I have to take my hat off to a pint of Guinness as well, hated it in my younger years but now on a night out all i drink is Guinness or Stella. Crazy how one minute you hate something and the next you love it and vice versa.

I'm at about 15 seconds at the moment...

This can be nice,

I understand that mate and you're right a lot of this does get lost in translation and will inevitably do so due to the limitations of the format we use to engage. I've been on here since IanB opened

You should stay off the drink.

Hemingways around the BBQ. Sailor Jerry rum, or Wild Turkey 101, in the freezer and pour until the condensation freezes on the outside of the glass.

Nights out are a rarity. The nearest bar is 75 miles away. When I get the option I'll hit Frankie's Tiki Room on Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas. Anything on the menu is good and strong.

Tbh been doing well for a few week now, on a bit of a fitness regime. Slight problem though, I'm on a stag-do in Magaluf on Friday. That's that fcuked then isn't it! ?

Think of it as emotional wellness.

Look at it as a few extra rest days.

Great thing though is after a big swill you lose loads of water weight through dehydration. It's those few days after when the ale and kebabs reveal themselves. ?

The trick is to get straight back on your training regime when your hangover has gone or you'll find an excuse not to. That's why I keep a lot of rum and bourbon in the freezer.

When god created the heaven and earth he had built a powerful thirst so he rang his mates Bill and Ralph and asked them what they had in the chiller , fcuk me your in luck said Ralph we’ve just knocked up a proper thirst quencher , he sent god a few cases and God declared it he’s favourite brew . The rest of the Bill and Ralph Foster story will remain for another day ...?
