DIDO.1 22,715
Didn't go for the sewer trout today, decided to go somewhere a bit nicer. Iv not fished this river for a few years so went for a mooch. The pools didn't look to have been fished. Only one set of foot prints in the bluebells and they wernt fresh, they didn't stop at the pools either so I guess it was the keeper. I saw the keeper in the fields up above us and I was expecting him to catch us at every pool we fished. I worked for the same boss as the keeper when I first left school. He had a family tragedy at the time and I helped him out feeding that summer so even though it was twenty years ago I wasn't worried about him catching me, thought it would be quite fun. Anyway he never turned up. Found a dead roe buck so I took its head which was a nice bonus. Decided to poach a nice pond on the way home. The keepers house over looks it but I know he's on holiday. I know one of the syndicate so I sent him a photo of us fishing it and asked him to forward to the keeper 4 1 Quote Link to post
DIDO.1 22,715
I'm really not a poacher at all. I knew I wouldn't get in trouble and I was hoping to get caught. Quote Link to post

DIDO.1 22,715
Varies depending on the swim. Quote Link to post
