B moocher 0
HAS ANYONE YET PURCHASED THE NEW NITE STALKER AND ARE THEY BETTER OR WORSE THAN THE BLITZ WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK ????? Quote Link to post
leec 132
the night stalker has not got the range of the blitz we were out on salsbury plains last night in two different cars and the blitz shines further. they would be equal in most other ways Quote Link to post
Guest oldskool
does it not depend on which night stalker... the 180 or the 220.. i think its the 220 anyway?? Quote Link to post

maty j 6
couldnt tell you GT as i havnt got or even knowingly seen a lightforce in use. the amount of stuff ive heard about LF wireing i stayed well away and thats wahy i got a NS. the beam is real tight though and is definately not short, even with the 50w bulb in it. Guest oldskool
from the reviews i read on it it was simply a remake of the lightforce only with the problems ironed out... plus a couple of modifications like the silent switch and heavy cable Quote Link to post

TYPING ERROR, SORRY MATE, I MEANT TO SAY TIGHTER BEAM, BUT WIDER OUTER SHELL OF A BEAM, AND THE BIT ABOUT RABBITS, I MEANT THE OUTER BEAM ALERTS RABBITS OR OTHER QUARRY A LOT MORE, IT ISNT AS IF A RABBIT CANT SEE, SOME PEOPLE TOO COCKY EH. MY MATE USED ONE A FEW WEEKS AGO TO TRY AND GET A FOX IN, I WAS LYING IN THE GRASS SQUEAKING IT IN , AND HE ILLUMINATED A LOT MORE FIELD, THE FOXES ARE SHY HERE, AND ID SAY THE WIDER OUTER BEAM SCARED IT Quote Link to post

ASME IX 1
hi all i was asking about the night stalker lamp the otherday, decided to go and buy one yesterday. very much the same as my old lightforce butt with a few improvments,ie better bulb holder, extra seals on the reflector housing, metal mirror rather than plastic. down fall is the wire, looks like speaker wire, would be better being the coiled type, and the switch!!!! dont think its a standard everyday switch i could pick up from the local electrical supplys. ohh yea the filters are a bit on the big side if you decide to cut of them three stupid noisey f**king legs of them i spent a hour in the garage moulding the edge of the filtter with the heat gun so it fits agein apart from that the seem a good lamp, and good price to ps would be good if they came with a spare bulb in the handle like my old lightforce did when i bought that. regards asme Quote Link to post
