Took the TX out for an hour this morning,- just too hot.

                 A Blue Tit nest was destroyed in the farm yard and no sign of life whatsoever, anywhere.

                 So I sat back in the barn shade and waited and waited and waited, when a certain nest robber paid another visit.

                                                  For once, unsupported and at 34 yards, a bandit sat on top of the bird box checking it had done it`s dirty deed to the full.

                                                  I obliged with a 7.87 g JSB Exact Express to the engine room, - not even a flicker, instant despatch.

 

                                   Might venture out again tonight ?

                                                  We`ll see.

Don't you just love it when you come home thinking that about your rifle! Nice going mark I have a camera on a nest in my garden and somethings happened in there but not sure what and I'm gutted! Nice shooting mark.

That's the one good thing about Magpies - they are pretty easy to kill if they come within range
