chrismdd 787
With the awful weather over Easter so far Rik and I managed a very cold and wet couple of hours up the copse. I took the bottom end of the copse whilst Rik went to the top. Initially it seemed rather dire what with the terrible weather. A couple of squirrels passed me (one merely a few feet away!) but they did not stop for a shot. A movement on the far edge saw a rabbit creeping through which was stopped in its tracks with my first shot. Half an hour later a woodie came in and by carefully aiming through a tangle of branches it was felled with my second and final shot of the evening. With the continuous rain and fingers numbed to the core I was glad to see Rik heading back down to finish the evening, and even better he had bagged two squirrels and another woodie. So with what were awful conditions we didn't do too bad just need to now get the S410 disassembled and dried. 9 Quote Link to post

Ethan tx (little hunter) got a scope off the owner of the shooting range for the massive sum of £5 i told him not to waist his money lol its as long as yours and its that cheap its not got a name on it (Chinese model) well that was over two years ago its still fitted to his ultra and he hits every thing he points it at lol the eye re,leaf dial is missing on it and the parrelex adjuster falls off every now and again and needs fitted back on but it just keeps going and is spot on lol some times you dont have to spend a small fortune to get some thing good atvbjimmy 1 Quote Link to post
