I think he is pandering to the hard left tbh what with it kicking off in palastine again he will not want to loose the support of these hard left groups and of course the Muslims who's votes will far out number those that come from the Jewish community.

Communism has always been anti Semitic......no great surprise about that. However, this thing with corbyn really is a storm about f**k all as usual......another non story from our esteemed media.

An easy mistake to make

A educated man is not always a wise man , that's not a dig at Chris I'm   just saying education and wisdom are very different things

Correct ! Around 65% of Jewish people voted Conservative at the last election..............more than 80% of Muslims voted Labour.

Interesting graph that. Particularly that the two faiths in question are also the two most predictable at the ballot.

The way I see it (and this is only my opinion, nothing more), Jews won't support a party that's too far to the left, after their experiences under Stalin. Equally, they won't support a party too far to the right.......for obvious reasons !  Labour is currently so far to the left, that it makes the relatively right wing Tories look reasonable !

Muslims support Labour, because it's seen as allowing minorites to exercise some influence..............maybe an undue influence ?

At the last general election, IPSOS estimated that 65% of all ethnic minorities voted Labour.

It'd be equally as telling to see who the other 35% voted for. The absence of that info could imply to the reader that they voted Tory, but I'll bet that the Tory percentage is smaller than that, with a good proportion not voting at all.

I got O level English, not maths!

Minority groups align themselves with those that will best support their interests. They vote for those that support them. If they don't have someone they'll fund someone that will run to support them.

Last I saw in Britain no one's really that arsed and the government reflects those decisions.
