Tangled long nets

I have acquired some long nets with poles. They are in a right mess. What is the easiest way to untangle them?

No mate no easy way, just tip them on a large floor and start sorting from the ends try not to cut any thing unless its the last resort. Good luck.

it will all come out, it probably looks worse than it is. If they are full of twigs and bits and pieces, put them over a pole to sort them out. I have untangled thousands of yards of fishing nets twisted up and full of weed, you soon get to learn how to read a net.

Thanks, they are full of twigs and debris. looks like they were rolled up in a hurry.

First job if it's a quick set net is to remove all the poles ... make the net. 100 times easier to untangle ......
