Not seen one, years ago the fella that bred a litter of shepherd x greys was going to put his bitch to a whippet never heard any more about it. So don’t know if he did , I suppose only thing is it would have to be lightly built malinois because of litter wastage incase you just ended up with a short arse malinois ? but I expect they would still make good ferreting/mooching dog.

Let's look at it this ways, mall bitch around twenty two a good sized bitch twenty four. All depend on the whippet going on the back non ped are far and aways lighter boned than working peds using the right sire can and will change the outcome  they would be fine has moo her ferreting companions that I have no doubt and fa bone better having strong bone when hunting bad spots. The sticks that hold them up need to be strong.atb bunnys.

There been a few pics put up but no proper thread they were Lurcher. X malli  we still have the two bitches the small bitch doing very well she came in around twenty three  postie  tells me brego doing really well at the ferreting game great marking retrieve excellent he mainly does day work  he enquirer about another welp so that tells me he was happy  the man knowledge what he was doing with dog so helps tremendious ,they were not bred has out an out print types but I feel these being bred now with the extra hound will obviously up the pace . The small bitch retrieving day time long ears single flushed ta the gun regular  not bad fa a Lurcher first xs Malinois.the greyhound malls I know off I lost track fa a while old aquaintance moved out in to the moors  but the Lurcher malls were fa me far superior on that xs we did cryuff the big male I rehoused because of having not enough graft for him was something else he was taking Canadian shot geese from winter waters rabbits were simple fare he was entered on anything else when with me prey drive high intruder drive very very natural he would eat a strange intruder ,taking ones time and not overtaxing them has saplings can be worse fa them than seeing nought has youngsters slowly slowly my methods and it usually pays dividends  cryuff had a bite  equal to any bull xs I owned and they were top draw , in fact I AAC often asked if he was a bull xs  them European breeders are far and aways superior to the soft modern breeders of our isles and that's a fact.atb bunnnys

      **sorry for the double post**
I know I'm probably going to get the piss severely ripped out of me for asking this, but
Has anyone ever successfully trained a deaf lurcher (from two working parents and I own her 4 year old sister who is an awesome little bunny basher.)
Genetically she has potential, but...what do you experts think?
She's not a Double merle by the way, it's extreme piebald/white head. Her vision is perfect

      Evening all,
I'm lucky enough to have first pick from a friends litter. He’s crossed his Saluki dog with his Collie Bull GH bitch. I’ve only seen videos of the litter as he’s based in UK. Few different characters in the litter, some sit reluctant off in the back ground others play among themselves two are incredibly forward one more than the other.

What key things do you look for when picking a litter? I’ve mostly ran mine on rabbits, reds and some others.

      Go stead,

Just got this stunning little bitch, nearly 12 months old, Deerhound x Bedie grey.
I used to go out with my dad's Lurchers when I was a kid but I'm a female in my 30's now and struggling to get back into the swing of things.
I'd love to have this girl knocking down bunnies but I just don't know where to start, I've barely seen a rabbit or and other quarry since I moved here.
Any of you experts in my area fancy giving me some advice/practical experience (hunting related only)
