Guest buster321c Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 Hiya just lookin for a bit of advise, i wanna get an air rifle mainly for plinking in the garden but also if i can get a rat or two and throw it to me staffy i might get her interested in a bit of ratting . So my question is , what is the best type of all round gun for plinking and also rats maybe a bit bigger stuff i could get thats reasonably cheap and good allround . Also (airgun ) is .22 or .177 better ? can i just walk round the canal with one of these or do i need permission ? any advise would be great as i am a complete novice at this , cheers could this be the gun for me ?
