As it's for a good cause, if he charges you, I'll pay for it. bigmac 97kt 13,807
Right after a chat with Tim (Charlie caller) and finding out that the stock was a mk3 and not a mk2 stock i put some white paint on the trigger block to see if it was catching the stock And it was so set about sorting it out , i put the stock in the vice and drilled the parts out that was catching the trigger i then set about it with the hand file once this was done i put it back together and cocked it and put the barrel back up and it did not go off , i did this about 40 time and with some aggression to see if i could make it go off and it did not so now im going to cut a link off the spring (as i dont think its the right spring for this rifle ) So the end cap will sit right in the block and make a new holding Pin for her as well , Im over the moon with the result and a big thank you must go to Tim for his help on this . A mk3 stock dose fit a mk2 action but you must do a little alteration to the trigger port to make it fit so it dose not push up against the trigger . Looks like she will be on her way before long Gary atvbjimmy 3 Quote Link to post

It was one of them jobs ,,that when you put it down and you settle to down to your night YOU just cant stop thinking about it and new ideas pop in to your head so you go back to it again lol so you end up in the man shed all night . I was not going to let it beat me mister Gain Cheers mate atvbjimmy 1 Quote Link to post
