Beagle x terriers

Anyone running beagle x terrier. How do you find them? Compared to beagle spaniels?

I have several of this cross & did also own & hunt pure beagles .I've found that the terrier "input" is that I now have a dog that catches better than a pure beagle ,and the beagle "input" has given me a dog with a better tracking nose than a terrier.So a better alrounder to meet my needs .

When bushing, have you found that the beagle blood stops this cross going to ground? What breed of terrier is in the mix?

sorry but given that I live in Nz and there for we don't have foxes I don't think I can comment  .I bred a pure JR type of terrier to beagle.I have 3 of these two unrelated & a bitch breed out of the pair with the Dam in pup atm to the same dog. They nomaly throw towards the beagle in looks but behave much like half way between the two breeds .

Small pig dogs I assume? Any pictures you can share be appreciated mate.

No these are bred as bushers & pushers in a twenty strong rabbit pack .Will see if I can load up some pictures .
