rob284 1,682
Fat doesnt make a dog fat, carbs do. If you want to trim the dog down, increase its work or reduce its food intake. Looking at the pictures, you wouldnt have to do much more ? 1 Quote Link to post

neil cooney 10,416
Is he a pure staff ? His tail carriage is suspect and funny enough was something not liked by olde dogmen, and I don't like it myself. But that's nothing to do with feeding. Why do you want to knock some weight off him ? He's not in to bad of shape unless he's needed for serious work and if he's highly strung at all making him leaner and fitter will only make him a bigger pain in the ass. Unless he's needed for hard work I'd leave him at that weight but I would feed him proper food and not that crap they call meal. 1 Quote Link to post
