Hw77k tuning help

Hello lads I’ve just got a Hw77k .22 i am going to do her up the bluing needs re doing and I feel I can get it firing a bit smoother what’s the best drop in kit for her I’ve all ready got a titan xs spring if this can be used bonus cheers happy new year ?

I had a welsh willy kit in my 77 it was a nice kit

Other lads will say other makers but I would go welsh Willy as well pal as my tx was like bloody silk with his kit in??

Yes I've heard lots of good things but never fitted or fired one.

I’ve read a bit about them and there getting good reviews there on eBay for £25ish think I’ll give this ago ???

Well I’ve ordered a Tnt kit I think she needs it although I she accurate it’s noisy and jumpy I am not surprised lol

Tinbum kits are brilliant - make sure you get some tbt bumslide in the kit its aweome stuff. Mirror Polish everything and add a vortek piston seal then jobs a good Un!

what toms said is spot on and will make a hell of a difference...

but if I was you id polish as said above and fit the spring you already have with two thin penny washers on the bottom guide, ive chopped and 

changed guides and top hats trying to balance things and dont think theres £20 worth of difference, 

the vortek piston head is the game changer as you can reduce spring load!

Nice one lads I’ve orded the tbt standered drop in kit and I’ll use the spring I already have I’ve started to polish everything with 800 whet and dry what grade should I end with ?

The tbt kit's are brilliant for the money as good as any, but what you have to watch it is his kits are made to fit genuine weihrauch Springs, so they won't work right with the Titan spring,
