Not a fan of taking too many painkillers, even the Weston’s vintage and 2 cocodamol ain’t helping me sleep. Lol Bag of frozen peas for as long as you can take followed by a hot water bottle, I have lots of back issues, don't like taking pills so I take rose hip syrup and do the hot/cold thing only thing I use from the chemist is the gel you put on the skin, to much painkiller abuse will just feck your kidneys and livers
Kevj 433
I have suffered with it since 2008 when I bust 2 discs in my back.Tried lots of different treatments but best relief I have is from Pregabalin which my back specialist put me on.I take 300mg morning and night and it doesn't get rid of it completely but definitely helps
green dragon 701
Have a joint before bed or if you don't like smokeing you can get vaps or even a small pice of a space cake You don't have to have it everyday but I'm sure 3 good nights a week is better than being in pain all week
Meece 1,957
A lot of the problem wkith this is bad posture and putting load on the spine which pinches a nerve. Stand up straight and ive found climbing over a five bar gate helps. Sometimes there is a small click and the pain is gone. I have seen people walking all sort of twisted and bent. And office workers moan if the fcuking air con is on the blink!
