pesky1972 5,325
Was stuck in the house for a couple of days and been going up the wall. Dragged the missus and the kids up a hill for a bit of fresh air and exercise this morning. Feel a lot better now.

He cleared quite a tall fence and touched the barbed wire with one of his back legs on the way over and on the way back, but not a mark on him. I just imagine him getting his nuts caught on a barb. Had a Labrador that got back legs through the top squares of sheep netting and left suspended by back legs until I could get to release her. No damage but she didn't jump anymore fences. That could have been a serios vets bill. over several dogs they suffered torn groins, ears, black thorns and ripped back leg skin. All repaired by myself luckily without the dogs incuring unnecessary suffering using local anasthetic and a tobiotics. Dogs heal very rapidly. Things that would be very serious to us sem to heal in a blink for a dog. 3 hours ago, NEWKID said: I was ill Christmas Eve, had 20 round Christmas Day and then the mrs went down with it, plus my brother.. mrs ended up in hospital ( as you know she can't be having a stomach bug).. finally came out last night.. I couldn't wait to get out and walk today.. her tests have proved it was food poisoning, we all ate out on Friday night for my works do.. 5 of us have had it and 2 others were rough.. been in touch with the restaurant today and they are offering all sorts, problem for them is the hospital have to notify environmental health... its been eventful!! Lol a previous manager took his wife to an expensive restaurant and got food poisoning. It affected the bowel inside of his ring piece and he had to ,Sep injecting foam up his rear. He had to have rep air surgery and there was a big insurance compensation claim. Not sure that the money can compensate for the damage.
