WHAT ..... You either have bloody big plates or the breakfast is too small, I like a plateful of grub, who cares if the beans are touching the sausages, pile it on.

 

my list is as follows,

proper size cups, no poncy things.

free refills.

no snotty egg, but it must have a runny yolk.

good quality meat, hate cheap nasty tasteless sausages.

i don't want to be adding extras, so make sure you have an option for everything in a breakie, I hate having to ask for mushrooms, or the 'beans or tomatoes with that' I want both !

proper bread, buttered properly.

 

and top of my list, don't feckin bother me while I'm putting it away ! If something's wrong I will be sure to tell you !

I was in here earlier in the month. I'd recommend anything in the omelette section! It's only a couple of minutes from McCarran airport too and it never closes.

Yes and yes.

That menu I posted a bit further up the page has it too and it's delicious. Most diners will do it but it's worth sourcing the ones that do it well. My regular breakfast spot does a steak and eggs but because of my *ahem* peculiar demeanour, they'll cook me one with a 16oz ribeye instead of the traditional 7oz sirloin. I pay for the privilege but I like being looked after and I tip accordingly.
