High seat question...

Has anyone had any experience with these free standing fold up high seats? 

If so what have you made of them?

I think if you put it against a tree and ratchet strapped it ok . but in real terms you would be very lucky to find flat enough ground to be safe free standing .

Been up in one of those ...only the once mind ..I’ve got a couple of free standing ones but with a much bigger base area and a lot more rigid but there not portables ..

I’ve also got a couple of that make but the tree rest ones , the quality is about the same level as the price mate ..

If money allows and you really want a free stander ,get a swivel type .

Thanks chaps, think I’ll keep to what I’ve always done and make my own. Just wanted a nice easy portable one but I’ll make one I can move round on the kubota rather than carry.

Theres one i can can see  in a farmers field  next to a forestry commission wood  i think the estate handy man has built it , it looks like a fort i really hope its in the right place as i wouldnt fancy moving it
