just started about half an hour ago

now this is when i like to get out shooting

We have had a few snow showers today but no volume as such, my horse trough pond is frozen and the water spout has some nice icicles hanging from it. I thought we were going to get a good snowfall today but so far nothing to bother about with none settling.

I need to do a couple of jobs on the 200T tomorrow and then off for a ratting session as the farm is alive with them again.

Been hard frost for about a week they say its to continue till next wednesday then two days of rain then back to the frost  everything will be skin and bones after nearly two weeks of minus 6 +

Still hard frost got a serious problem getting the dogs out every wheres solid and they run crazy for the first ten minutes  at best i can see a snubbed toe  and i dont want to think about any more

Same here heavy rain all day , it should be well as long as it doesnt turn to snow , bt there forecasting the return of the hard frosts come the weekend  its going to be bad if all the now wet land freezes

well they got that WRONG didnt they 3 " of snow fell last night ,back to skating on ice round here .Wish the BBC would pay me 100 grand a year to talk carp live on T.V
