trotting the dogs

well im just in from trotting the dogs behind the van with my mate,as you do as the ground is still very hard but i guess it was a blessing ,had been out for about 45mins and heading home,we noticed a gate had been broken with the wind and the field was full of sheep so we let the farmer know being good honest men that we are as we left who was coming towards us but oh yes the police,someone had reported the van :wankerzo4: the lights came on,and they came out to check the van,"whats going on here then" everything was legit ,i even had my shoes on for a 1st as i usually have wellies on or boots they checked the van and we explained to them what we had been doing :teaser: ,my mate even had picks of the trotters running along side us ok then lads of you go yes we were very happy ,not that if it hadnt been frosty we would have had the beem out or anything like that

aye bloody coppers ,when can an honest man do anything nowadays,all we were doing ,trotting the bloody dogs, as pics will prove

i think they were really having a laugh, cos when i got home i had to change myself cos i had pissed myself with laughter,

yes mate i have a greenlane that runs through our local golfcourse and i trot my dogs down that some times when i cant get out with them! or for road work i take them down a back lane! im all for getting the dogs fit by any means possible!! keep at it lads

im lucky enough to have a 3 mile stretch of beach next to me, we train on there dogs beside motor, we can also do sprints on , i did 12 mile on there this afternoon

i used to sit in the boot of the car and let the my greyhounds run along behind us . only stopped it cos iv got a tredmill now

thats great lads n lassies keep them coming , we all have different methods for fitness, so keep them coming and we can all compere methods, after all we all want super fit dogs

merry christmass everybody, it will be good tonight when i trot the dogs , i wont be hassled by mr p c plod, he'll be to busy sleeping off his christmass turkey, and hopefully i might get some peace
