Cured cancer or helped treat the effects of the disease? Surely curing cancer isn't as simple as just using a bit of cbd oil other wise everyone would be doing it

Unfortunately when the body goes wrong it is very difficult to do anything about it. Whatever a patient believes may help doesn't make it really help as an across the board medicine. If it was as simple as taking a bit of cannabis oil then health care systems wouldn't be spending out millions of pounds on research and patient treatment. Unfortunately there are loads of sites on the internet that advocate all sorts of stuff that proport to have a miracle cure for whatever. A bit like the old fashioned elixir cure all. When you read these sites the text just goes round and round in circles. You can buy the book subscribe to whatever floats your boat but it is just going nowhere.  If a patient is lucky enough to get past cancer that is fantastic but unfortunately for the majority the result is beyond control. Sad as it is we can't control the wind and the waves either. King Canute didn't have much luck. One day we will be able to understand and control cancer and every day we learn more about how our bodies work. It is wrong to extol the benifit of cannabis oil as a miracle cure for cancer when it is just not true. You might as well go round telling people that if they have 6 portions of baked beans a day that will cure all illness. I have known several people who have taken cannabis in various ways when they have had cancer and all of them died.

In certain cases it has helped or went into remission. 

Even then it may not have been the weed.

It certainly has beneficial properties there is no denying that. From a pain killing and helping MS sufferers and parkinsons disease

Along with the arms industry the industry in medicine is worth billions globally, and the last thing they want or need is a naturally growing plant that can do more than there million pound medicines that,s why they won't research it's health benefits or make it available for trial or promote it, there are many cases of people getting over cancer by self medicating with cannabis I also no several people that have successfully treated animals including donkeys and dogs  with it,  even prolonging and improving the quality of life is much better than the devastation that chemotherapy and other medications can cause

Everyone can believe what they want. Some say that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It you suffer from cancer you will be able to try out if it works or not. Perhaps it might have a positive effect if taken before the event but then some would say that because they had taken it, the substance had prevented the illness.

Oh and there suddenly not going to stop manafacturing other drugs if it is. 

Yes there are many cases awash on the Internet of cancer being cured by weed however nothing concrete that it was cannabis. 

Btw im very pro cannabis being legalised and i dont doubt it's medical benefits on some illnesses.  Hopefully one day the big companies will harness its beneficial properties. And legalise it for its recreational use aswell.

There,s something we could both enjoy up a snow covered mountain,  I know an old woman that runs a donkey sanctuary and I saw a massive tumour disappear after all medication failed, the woman applied a canabbis based compound to it every day for a period of time and it went from an angry orange size ball to a small scar in its fur,
