micky 3,325 Posted December 1, 2017 Report Share Posted December 1, 2017 Apart from Onions and Red Cabbage ,and Piccalily this year we have done some Blewits, those six small bottles started life as 20lb of fruit and a 1lb of Butter. They were cooked dry on the hob till they would reduce no more then fried in Butter, pressed into bottles then topped up with Olive oil ,the liquor was saved for stock 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
