good winter coat for out with dogs

I'm looking at purchasing a new winter coat for going out with the dogs, not too heavy/waterproof/warm and windproof.....oh and not too expensive, what do you lads recommend?

Stick a good old fleece under a Berhaus made of their AQ2 material, i dont think you can get everything you want thats "not too expensive" it works for me Adam.
