IanB 0
Anyone stocked up before the price rise recently, Hornady ammo has increased by quite a margin, I managed to stock up on plenty of Vmax and Amax for the .22 hornet, .223 and .243 to last me a good while...some of them have gone up by 30% Quote Link to post
walshie 2,804
I've got about 100 53gr v-max left. I saw a while back they had gone up from £22 to £30 a hundred with my RFD. Think I might try to source some abroad or use Varmageddon. What do you use A-max for? Quote Link to post
IanB 0
I wanted something with a better BC than the 40gr vmax to try, I'd read some bad feedback about the 53gr vmax so opted for the 52gr Amax as there just as explosive.. think I ended up with a 1000 at £22.80 100 Quote Link to post
Tremo 138
Yes, I've seen a jump from around £30 to £38 for the 87 gr Vmax. Extortionate! I'll have to rethink my foxing strategy and play the percentages ... only shoot at the ones within 25 yards!! Seiously though, I always found that the Varmageddons were a decent bullet. Best of all they were well priced! My .223 used to love the 55 gr. 1 Quote Link to post
IanB 0
Just bought some more 40gr vmax for the .223 at £21 a box Quote Link to post
