New lurcher association?

This is weird: just saw this post on Lurcherlink forum, stating that there will be a new Lurcher Association of Great Britain and Ireland. Am I in a time warp? Or have I missed something? Here's a link to that post: anyone else know anything?

It appears that an original post has been plagarised and posted somewhere else.. It appears that the opportunity to move it forward, was discarded  and the present oppression and sorry state of affairs will continue  under the present system of representation which means things will continue to deteriorate

But why did they do it? It was posted on 30th October this year, but refers to a meeting, quote: to be held on 14th October. What was the reasoning behind posting? Me no comprendo.

me neither, there were a few similar posts by said person. I wouldn't loose any sleep over it. All forum get the occasional new member anomalies.
