there's alot to be said for choosing a positive mental attitude over chemo.

on a different note the world is too over populated and we shouldn't be trying to cure all diesese's.we need a human cull.

talking of mentally weak.we have a bloke at work who suffers from ann-zi-a-te.everyday i try to treat him normal and give him the easy jobs.we had 3 men off last week and he had an annziatee attack and phoned in sick himself.my patience with him has run out and if he's in tomorrow morning he's getting some truths hollered at him.why should we all carry him everyday on our shoulders..?

seeing as you asked i carried a side of beef on my shoulders last month that weighed 219kg.no pig or beef to heavy yet.

when i say carry what i really mean is lift off a hook and take 2/3 steps and drop in on a block.219 nearly f****d me up,knee,back and shoulder but hovering just over 200 is alright.
