The phesant breasting that is Its very quick John just place the bird on its back open the wings and stand on them grab hold of the legs and pull up towards your chest it takes a bit of doing at first but once you got the knack its easy and out pops the breast snap the wings off and the head and bobs your uncle . atvbjimmy :thumbs: 1 Quote Link to post
