i put a post on here a few days ago about me dog not taking rabbits . so i went out at 530 this morning with me little dog to give it another go got a course on a rabbit dog chased went out of sight and then when i was going to find it here it comes toddling back to me with the rabbit live to hand couldnt belive it. im confised how cum it wont take them and other times it goes like shit of a stick at them is bit ecause of age as it is still only about 7 1/2 months old or could it be some thing else ? :hmm:

ok mate ill give it a try i guess im just egar to see me dog up and running after all the time and paitensts ive put in with it cheers mate

apart from a couple of mxyies we stumbled across in the summer i didnt start my 3/4 c/g till he was 14mth. . . havent looked back since. No lackof prey drive. . .

 

One thing tho . . . is the dog sighted? I often see a young dog that wont chase cos he cant see the bunny in the field, often gets c confused with non interest. Have you got a command to hunt? If not well worth using one. . . "get on" , "find" or "ssssssss"
