mhopton 807
Fantastic bag of bunnys lads dogs to be proud of there well done to you all D Lloyd that battery seen the night out with 1 blue light left class mate I was using the 170 but it had a 100w in it then John borrowed it as he wS nearly flat he used the 210 so top stuff totally forgot to send you a PM and I was going to add a note in box regarding the car charger see how one of the fins had snapped? when it was plugged into car it nearly set fire and the fin snapped as it was hot when I opened it up inside where the live connection is it was all melted and they must be direct 12v charge as there’s nothing inside but but the fuse which it melted around maybe check one two for safety reasons Quote Link to post

Chaff the vhd & myxomatosis is mainly carted about with little blood sucking midg twats so yes warmer climate plays a big role in killing off the rabbits, but and this is my findings mate it’s not black and white, I think it’s a post by Jcm I replyd to . myself I believe that the rabbits which are born with it have started to come back from the brink off of death and getting a full recovery, laugh you may fellow hunters and try it yourself just to see what you think right here we go ,end of last season I don’t recall ever ever seeing it so bad but the only rabbits I have seen dead are the ones I’ve killed, so off I went looking for dead rabbits which used too be all over the place but could not find any not one well alarm went off inside my head not finding any more because they are not dead and looking at rabbits scared eyes is all I could see anyway couldn’t resist and caught a couple and tagged them then released back back into the wild now I’m talking mid feb and kept a eye out for them found them both 3 times and 4 including me setting them free fully infected 2 month past found one cured other very nearly cured end of August came across them again fully infected again now last weekend not one just gone Our Molly gout one out the reads again fully recovered so now my beliefs is to them now myx &vhd is like us having the flu recovery is better odds than death in my heart I know that I’m right. So the sets you are ferreting have you been waiting watching the rabbits over the summer and there been plenty of them????again my other theory is that they are not there simply because it’s a breeding warren and that’s all not to live in just breeding then move on back away and into the living warren atvb Mark ps I’m not m I think 1 Quote Link to post

Also every rabbit this season has been a yearling, now you really got me thinking back to previous years and some warrens have held the full age spectrum, these ones we get to in February time due to the amount of cover early on in the year. 10 year ago you could get real big numbers and see them sitting out round the edges of fields. Could it be that 7 years ago we got a new keeper who likes to shoot ? Thanks again for the reply mate. 1 Quote Link to post
