Over here he'd be defended and depending on which state he lived in immune from prosecution. Probably the only thing I actually get about american culture, the right to defend yours with all necessary force! When it comes to to what I mentioned before. The only people who see him in the wrong are either poachers who don't like that sort of greeting from landowners, or sympathisers who should take a good look at themselves and what they think is right and wrong on other people's property.
