Gravy 18
I have purchased a few before, they came from "the trap man" has a website, but also on ebay. the ones I have fold flat, so really useful for storing Quote Link to post
Dirksdonuts 79
Buying 20 ask these guys for a discount. I use 45-50 of these on a regular basis on various sites. http://www.1env.co.uk/multi-species-trap.html Very sturdy and worth the money. Quote Link to post

Are the folding ones any good? It would be really handy... PS I once bought a folding fox trap. Never again! Quote Link to post

Phil Lloyd 10,738
I've always found Fold Flat, Fox Cages to be a reet fecking pain.... But, a vanload of Flat Pack carrot cages is a handy bit of kit to own,...they won't ever be cheap though... Quote Link to post
myersbg 1,385
The ones Pest Stop do are pretty good and sensible money, can't say the same for the rest of their traps. Bri Quote Link to post

LuckOrJudgement 437
From my own limited experience of cage trapping rabbits and the advice of a farming mate who does a lot of it, it works best in colder weather when natural food sources are less abundant and the pressure is on the bunnies to work harder for their scoff. I had a go in June this year at a vineyard that was poisoned with them, 10 traps out for 5 days on the bounce and caught 1 youngster - useless. I have been told that if you haven't made a catch within 3-4 days to give up - you ain't going to catch a thing. I have had a lot more success in gardens with leaky rabbit proofing where the quarry is a captive audience, so to speak. Quote Link to post
