The same argument is getting played out every time some more advanced smaller piece of technology is released. Also if you're in an accident you're already in the system, they're not going to look for a chip while you bleed out. Not to mention if the accident involves losing the limb that the chip was embedded into. They're still going to look for ID in your wallet. I see a case for privacy concerns.
