Guest bone
Here we go ,thought i would start a post about some of the all time greats? Everybody has owened or seen some very good dogs along the line, but how many of them would you call outstanding greats?? you know the ones that no money could buy?? out and out legends in there own right?.the one in a life time stuff ,and how they was bred .thought it would be a good topic to start as you always remember something that little bit special and compare all your dogs against it. Guest bone
some good replies, you never really appreciate just how good a dog you actually own is until there gone? the best dog ive ever owend was a rough black dog named Bruno.a true warrior of a dog ,with the heart of a lion.He was bred by Barry Godfrey to Jack Williamsons stud dog.He was an outstanding worker ,a dog i would of worked anywere in the country, infront of anyone!!.A truely splendid looking dog ,with the ear carridge of a border and white socks?.He served me well.and never came away from his quarry.Sadly lost him to Lepto while raking the tips .R.I.P Bruno ,gone but never forgotten. pickaxe 23
two of the greats B.Nuttalls penny and punch, and as with most great terriers they could reproduce the goods in there pups , unlike some which are classed as greats just because the line they came fromwas poor rarely produced the goods  Quote Link to post
