Flying

Recommended Posts

I used to detest flying, but I have had to fly so much the couple of years that it’s just standard now.....can’t say as I like it but I just get on, get my nut down right away and snooze until we land.

Mines only normally a short 1 hour fight anyway and I always sort of figure the bloke driving don’t want to crash as much as I don’t so he won’t be taking any chances.

And if you ask the stewardess, she not really going to say "You have to do these things so your body can be identified, should you die horribly in the event of a crash !"......is she ?

Funny, I hate short one hour flights. The planes feel like they're about to fall apart and no sooner are you up you're doing circles and coming down. :bad:

Much prefer transatlantic. It might be 10 hours but the planes are more stable, more space, TVs in the seats.

I like the cosy feeling you get when theirs no gaps in the walls and the wings are screwed on  ..and I’ve seen bigger wheels on a wheely bin plus I like to have an engine or three spare ... call me old fashioned..?
