dark-destroyer-85 636
Looking for a good waterproof jacket don't want a heavy one rather something like a ridge line that's light weight any suggestions? cheers
arcticgun 4,548
Paramo smock
Tyla 3,179
Don't buy a ridgeline, they don't breathe so you'll be wet from the inside out if you do anything physical. I have a seeland coat that must be 7 years old now. It's disgusting to look at but still waterproof. Ideal when things get messy
cragman 2,770
I've a deerhunter keeper fleece. Handy large pocket at the rear. Seems to do the business

neil cooney 10,416
Plenty of good coats out there. When I hear lads say a coat is no longer waterproof I wonder has he chucked it in the washing machine ? The best wasterproofer can be dirt and time, and a coat doesn't have to be stinking to be waterproof, LOL, but they usually are, LOL. The one thing I look for in a coat more than anything is a couple of zipped pockets. It's nice to enjoy a day knowing your keys and phone are safe and at the end of the day none of them are barbed wire proof.
