just to be really smug i get sheep skin rugs,so many all my family and extended family have atleast 2 each anyway i lay them out for the dogs to sleep on.they've got it to good.

I have a pit/bulldog who would eat its shit and other dogs shit too,was told it was a lack of potassium,gave half a banana a day.It stopped after a week,so stopped bananas.Still eats shit on occasion but not often.Strangely is one of the healthiest dogs I've owned.

i have the same issue with my pup except she doesnt eat her own she eats the cats,

i think the cats starting to get a bit violated between me and the pup checking her litter box every hour haha
