What if this site was registered in different country just say South America or somewhere like that could it still be pulled or plod get your detail's.

 

I think it would be governed by the laws in the country it was registered in. Or maybe the actual servers need to be in that country for that to apply.

Freedom of speech doesn't come into it, this is a forum run by a private individual not the government. We all post here at the discretion of IanB and it's up to him what he allows on his forum.

We are just looking at it from our point of view but I bet you will find forums with Pakistanis being just as racist to us. This forum only seems big as you use it, to anyone else it's just full of the same old shit that you can read on most forums.

 

Then of course the fact that 9 out of 10 members are paranoid recluse's that hide under false usernames so there is no proving who actually said what and we just blend in as the dot on the www we are

Yep like I said in the post that started all of this off we fly under the radar because in the grand scheme of things this is just a tiny little corner of the internet. I post on forums with over 10x the number of active users as here.

 

And I'm sure there are Pakistani forums where they're just as (if not more!) racist towards whites. Hell the racism etc on here is pretty mild compared to other English language forums out there.

Made me laugh mate, everyone seems to have been like "got the Brexit, vote Tory, job done"......I and have been "f**k sake, has no one been paying attention the last 20 years!"

The ONLY ray of sunshine is Mays water thin majority with the DUP.......she needs EVERY last MP and we can only hope the likes of Rees-Mogg and even that tit Johnson put the screws on her.

 

One thing that's a certain, if it actually looks like we will get the Brexit we wanted they will put the pain on the man in the street big time financially.......I wonder if the man in the street has the bottle for it?
