You won't go wrong with the 210 tracer I've used a 170 striker variable for 4 seasons thought id treat myself to a new one for this season but had a look at the 210 great lamp very happy with it combined with the 22amp lithium battery lovely bit of kit atb longers01

Iv had the tracer 170 variable for the last 3 seasons can't go wrong with it, somethin went wrong with the wiring this year emailed deben and they fixed it free of charge. Iv also adapted the red filter so it flips on and off after losin a few and the clunking noise scaring stuff off.

Good idea over the filter. I grinded all the lugs off my red filter. Kept one on and keep that at the top. Real easy for pulling off and also putting back on. Doesn't make any noise now. Was a f***ing nightmare before that.

Iv took all the lugs off put a little bolt through the lense to flip off and drilled a hole through the filter and through the outer bit of lamp and threaded para cord through so it dangles when ya flip it off.

ordered one of 210 variable form optics warehouse on weds..arrived this morning.£72.44.

 

snipped the plug cigar socket off and wired it to the chock block off old striker and lithium battery.. 2 mins and ready to go.

 

can't wait to try it out..it's easy to use the dimmer etc.
