I spose I am I ate a raw habenero along the way and tha naga before I stearted cooking lol But I say this I don't get ill very very rare I miss a days work never get colds and I work outside in all weathers 350 days a year no matter the weather

 

Whats your job mate standing by the bbq lol

I think if I had spicy broccoli I would combust with gas ,I once had s Levi roots ready meal an it had cabbage in ,I was ill for 2 days farting an going pmsl think it was some sort of curried noodles bowl meal.

 

think them chicken wings would blow the ring in the best of us
lol Larry they not that bad , if you cook the chillie on the BBQ it does reduce in heat if you bast the wings just before serving well that's asking for trouble lol

green lurchers i could of done with you yesterday.

asked the butcher to leave a load of belly pork on the ribs for me,f***ing hell they were meaty.

marranated in spicey bbq sauce over the weekend.

cooked for 2 hours at 120.then the last half hour at 250.

tasted like shit and nearly pulled my teeth out.

what did i do wrong.?

do you know any names of mild chillies that add lots of flavour but not to much heat

If your making a curry or other liquid based dish you can just prick your chilli with a pin and take it out when you feel its hot enough for your liking ...chillies like the 7 pot chilli got there name because you could make 7 pots of food with one chilli using the method I just said ..doing it this way releases the flavour but not so much heat :thumbs:

Steak was tonight. Bit red for my liking lol hows others like there steak

Steak tonight here also... Like mine rare to medium rare about what you have there... Secrets in the resting :thumbs:

do you know any names of mild chillies that add lots of flavour but not to much heat

If your making a curry or other liquid based dish you can just prick your chilli with a pin and take it out when you feel its hot enough for your liking ...chillies like the 7 pot chilli got there name because you could make 7 pots of food with one chilli using the method I just said ..doing it this way releases the flavour but not so much heat :thumbs:

Imagine if you were dyslexic or read it quickly an done a 7 chillie meal instead lmao

If it was a shop purchased sauce then they tend to be full of sugar and it tends to burn and set solid the moment it starts to cool that's all I can think of ...if you use one of these sauces then just put it on for the last half hour
