Jonjon79 13,358
I was thinking about your TX today Mark I've had a bit of work to do on mine and, I was wondering what a professionaly tuned one might be like. ...... How would you honestly describe the shot cycle and, how does it feel when cocking yours? ..... Genuine question mate Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,557
Hi Jon, Shot cycle,- low recoil, very fast lock time and smooth as. The trigger is set to, a two stage, very precise and crisp let off. Cocking my T Rex, - not for a child, powerful and smooth, with a very precise, single quiet click. Over the Primo sticks I am very disappointed should I miss. Hope that helps any, atb Mark. 1 Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,557
Jon, Hold sensitivity is minimal because of the weight of this rifle - one of the most accurate springers I`ve ever shot. bw Mark 2 Quote Link to post
Jonjon79 13,358
Cheers Mark Do you feel all 3 latches on the anti bear trap when cocking yours? ..... I've put a piston extension in mine - only one of the ABT latches engages then, it takes a bit more force to get the piston to engage. Cocking isn't as smooth as I'd like yet but, I can't complain about the accuracy. Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,557
Just the one click Jon. Gets a lot better and smoother, quickly, after the work. 1 Quote Link to post
just-A-snap 1,269
Well done and good on you Mark. Not many will say out loud that it take a lot of practice even after a lifetimes shooting to maintain those skills obtained, never mind keeping them at any level. All the very best for you and yours 3 Quote Link to post
