Not Pellet Fussy At All

The more i shoot this little gem of a rifle the more i love it even over my hw100

 

this rifle is so accurate its as if it had been built with the internals of the hw100

 

Jon i thought i had a peach with the Merlyn mate but this ultra max elite is some thing else

 

put three types of pellets thru her and all are much the same now she is zero,d at 30yrds so i did not touch the scopes and aimed for the center of each target slightly off to the right on all targets lads

 

and with all groups well under a 5p group

the rs has the better group but they jam the mag so there out

 

the heavy,s hit hardest very hard my son say,d you can hear them leave the barrel and they whistle as they cut thru the air

 

the hn ftt,s will be my back up pellet for this rifle

With the RS pellets just make sure they are bedded in the mag probably

 

Heavies are a very good pellet in most guns ,been saying it for years on this forum same as the ultra

THATS AS FAR AS I CAN SHOOT FROM MY SITTING ROOM OUT TO THE BACK WALL IN THE YARD

 

WISH IT WAS MORE

 

BUT FOR MORE ITS A 7MILE RUN OR A 20 MILE RUN TO THE NEAREST PERM OR RANGE

I know its the same here at 23 yards but take the run with all the guns and enjoy showing us the same picts at 35 yards thats what i would do , if i could see that far nevermind shoot that far

I gave up shooting with the airguns mini me,s better at it i just drive and lamp for him half the time i cant see the bloody rabbit hes shooting at , wont be long till i lose the rimmy as well

as said allready to prove the guns real potential you need to shoot out to 45yards.a lot of my airguns grouped well at 20y but when pushed out past 40y they really did not do too well.one s400 classic thumbhole was the best gun ever and did group all pellets tested very well out to 45y.some guns group well at 35y then do shite at 45y others are the oposite.same with pellets.will wait for some less windy conditions to test my hw100ktl

JSBheavys once i test them out to 30yrds ,,,then 40yrds rez when i get to the farm some time this week mate

 

all ready done the FTT,s last time i was out shooting

 

but the heavys hit hard real hard lol

 

357....i never just go off the home shooting range bud

 

i all ways retest them at the farm at longer ranges

Over the moon with it Jon when i was out the other night i was lamping the fields with it in one hand and carrying the rabbits with the other .

 

cant do that with any of my other guns to fecking heavy lol

 

and boy is she accurate cant wait until im out at the week end and she has a full mag of heavys

 

see how she performs with them
