Lennard 10
Beautiful night, with a lot of cold, stars and quite some rabbits, the grassy greens of a camping site in the midst of the quiet sea dunes...a cheap ass lamp and my pup clearing shoulder high gates and wire without a sound... But...the bounty is ridden with fleas. I seldom saw so many fleas moving along the ears and the white fur! dozens. Can I just put them in the freezer to kill the bugs or will that affect skinning later? L Quote Link to post
Giro 2,648
stick rabbit in freezer that will kill your fleas or just leave out side for a while they will buggar off but then you might get flys laying eggs Quote Link to post

Lennard 10
I put them in the freezer, it is only minus 3 here...I put my backpack in the laundry machine as that was contaminated and I already saw a flea in the bathroom. Sh*t. L Quote Link to post
