neems 2,406
I'm looking after a load of ant colonies for my cousin for a while,he said they're dead easy, just give them a bit of water and any type of protein and sugar twice a week. One of the colonies must not like tuna cos half of them are dead 2 weeks in,no idea what to do with them except get rid of the dead ones and try something else. Easy life lol.they are chilled right out, had the dogs in and around them, showed no interest as they don't smell like a rodent. Eat an assortment of stuff, fruit, yogurt, veg and enjoy a boiled egg lol. Atb dc

Blackbriar 8,569
Along the "happy wife, happy life" lines..... It's the good lady's birthday next week. She wants a pygmy hedgehog ! We took a wild one in last year (released now), and she developed a soft spot for them - once she saw a picture of a pygmy, it was game, set and match ! Seriously cute ! I always have the last word - "Yes, dear !"......resistance is futile !
