Pcp Bottle Filling Compresser

Hello has any of yous used the comps off eBay to fill bottles or guns I am interested in buying one and just wanted a bit of info first thanks

The only thing that I have read or seen on the web is the need to ensure moisture is not transferred into the cylinder but I suppose that is taken care of via filters fitted inline. At a fiver to fill a bottle, it is not something I would have need for.

I know what your saying it only a fiver for me aswell but the closest place is 15mile away and only open funny times so I struggle to get there sometimes with work ect the comp on ebay are about £300 and fill it 300bar there for air rifles and bottles and have filters just wanted to know if anyone had any first hand experience???

£300? think that it is more than likely some kind of compressor booster for existing low pressure compressors. I could be totally wrong but i myself have never seen a 300bar compresses for less than £1300 or so.

I would not put anything that fast on my Bottle or Rifles. I also do not see any UK retailers carrying this as stock "Like SMK brand or the like" but that is just me

if you look through youtube theres loads of diff vids relating to these compress,

 

most work well enough if you follow the sellers advise

fill the oil! and for best heat control run a small water feature pump to run a steady flow of cool water round the heat exchange

I would be a bit worried if there was a cheap Chinese air reservoir on these compressors as 300BAR is a shit load of pressure but there isn't. They are only compressing straight into your bottle or your air/paint ball gun. The reason it cuts out quickly in the video is it's only filled the 8mm feed hose to the desired pressure then stopped. What moisture catchment have these things got?, I wouldn't want it pumping moisture in with the air.
