bigmac 97kt 13,803
I have only owned the LGV Mark, and my goodness was it accurate, and the first time I put a silencer on it, I thought there was something wrong with it, I have NEVER experienced a level of quietness like it in a spring rifle, it was almost pcp quiet, as I have said the only gripe for me is the trigger, its serviceable, but not as good as the other big two, but apparently with a Rowan kit, is every bit as good, will I have another? too damn right I will one day., Feck me Tim, where has this rifle been hiding ? I chucked one of my 100`s silencers on her tonight and you could have blown me over with a feather ! - What a transition ! I`ve got a HW 100 with a mainspring ! Pure silk, accuracy to die for, "spits fire" so, so quietly. Boy is this lady gonna get some hunting time with me ! " What a springer" !!! atb Mark FECK ME MORE PHOTOS REZ WE ARE ALL DOOMED HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP DOOMED I TELL YOU DOOMED :fool: Quote Link to post

charlie caller 3,654
When I got mine, I knew it was something special right away, then a neck shot on a pheasant @35 yards confirmed it to me, in fact you have set me off wanting another now lol. Quote Link to post
LuckOrJudgement 437
The 97 and I have not bonded. It's too heavy for me. I'm not a tiny little feller either, but when shouldering it to sight on the target, the weight feels like it's all way out front and I'm fighting it, bit like a trying to lay bricks with a fly-rod. It's a shame, because when I zeroed it seated off a bean bag at 38 yards, it grouped beautifully and I was seriously impressed. However, in the field it just doesn't work for me. Guess I'll be selling and buying an Ultra. Quote Link to post
