Welsh_red 4,686
We built a extension for my mother in law before. She assured us before hand she'd spoke to local building inspector and they didn't need planning or anything . The extension wasnt big but she was going to use it as a room to keep her multiple dogs in . Day before we went my boss phoned the inspector and she hadn't phoned (she's a nightmare) so he came out first day we worked there to look. He told us if it was for dogs and there was no plumbing/heating in there we didn't need planning or anything for it . Not sure how that would work for you guys building kennels but thought I'd mention it 1 Quote Link to post
