Blackbriar 8,569
Jacob Rees-Mogg on Question Time last night. He speaks a lot of sense compared with a lot of the rabble they often have on the panel: I used to think of him as a bit of a comical figure, but the more I see of him, the more I like his reasoned, clear ideas....and I do admire that quiet composure he always seems to project - a lot of politicians could learn a lot from his example, I think !
C556 351
Aye, he's one MP I have some respect for. He stays on the back benches so that he can stick to his own principles and views.

Good lord, Britain is truly f****d...The sad demise of the Ku Klux KlanConstitutionally protected sad relic, of America's civil rights era. It's amazing they're still kicking in an era where they have less national members than the average attendance of Shamrock Rovers...
Neobliviscaris1776 1,998
He is an interesting chap, very reasonable and intelligent. Great point he made. It all comes down to what you believe at the end of the day. If you think there's no purpose to life and no hope then there's nothing to defend or fight for. If you do, then you will!

ChrisJones 7,975
It's interesting that as a western democracy you're only allowed an opinion if it aligns with the majority... I'm sure she wouldn't have been done on an ANL demo... Two tiered freedoms...
Blackbriar 8,569
You can hold any opinion you like....until someone disagrees with you ! If they call you a racist, or claim to be offended, you must immediately shut up and tiptoe quietly out of the room.
BGD 6,436
Theresa May asks Jeremy Corbyn to help deliver Brexit and support her policies amid Tory leadership plots http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/07/09/theresa-may-asks-jeremy-corbyn-help-deliver-brexit-support-policies/ Theresa May will ask Jeremy Corbyn for his support in delivering Brexit and pushing through legislation as she faces up to the reality I now face as Prime Minister. Mrs May will on Tuesday make a direct appeal to opposition parties to contribute, not just criticise and help clarify and improve her policies in the Commons instead of undermining them. It comes at a time Mrs May's leadership is at its weakest, amid open calls by Tory MPs for her to stand down following her failure to secure a majority at the election. Her comments are likely to spark fear among pro-Brexit Conservatives that Mrs May is willing to compromise on their ambition for a hard Brexit.

You could say that it's the grown up thing to do problem is she's asking people who have a kindergarten mentality.
