The worst thing about drinking is by the time you realise you have a problem with it, your normally to far down the road to deal with it easily! I literally cried myself sleep so many times over not being able to stop it and feeling like that's the life your going to be stuck in forever and it's really not a nice place to be in at all! My only regret is not going down the clinic years ago for help as after a 4 month wait I spent 10 days on a detox ward where they flush you out with pabramix (spelling) on a drip and give you diazes to get your head down lol but them 10 days in there made it so much easier cause when you come out all the alcohol is out your system completely. The hard work will go in forever tho, but I can now walk down the beer section in supermarkets and not think "thats tonight sorted" and believe me that's progress nothing good will ever come to a drinker, everything you want you will f**k up at some point over it and that's a fact!

Fuk that mate just keep doing what your doing, not worth the gamble imo! the though of going m buying a bottle of wine is probably better than actuality sitting drinking a bottle! Most Fridays I get the notion for a few cold beers but by the time I get home from work it's away lol keep doing good bud

Had a nice bottle last night. Some friends came from England on the wkend & they brought a selection of locally produced food/drink. I don't know much about wine, I usually just stick to spanish wines like Rioja etc...... But this English White wine was as tasty as any white wine I've had.......

I had a enforced break for 4 months and after that I thought to myself "what harm can one do" well 8 months later and a trip to rehab showed me exactly what harm one can do lol from the 1st swig I had I knew I'd made the 2nd biggest f**k up in my life and fell under its curse again and it wasn't long before I was as bad as ever, days off work to start drinking at 9am, sat watching TV at night drinking 12-15 cans every night, wasting every penny I possibly could on it and all just to wake up feeling like absolute shite, not remembering a thing and the only thing that makes you feel better is another beer so it all starts over and over again. f**k that, stay sober lol
